JointsAid purchases made through the official checkout are currently covered by a 60-Day money-back guarantee, as stated by the seller at the time of purchase.

How the Guarantee Works

• The refund window is counted from your purchase date.
• Refund requests should be made directly with the seller/retailer listed on your order confirmation and receipt.
• A guarantee does not promise a specific health outcome — it gives you a defined period to evaluate your purchase.

Important

Because orders are processed by the official retailer, exact refund steps, processing times and any conditions are governed by that retailer's current refund terms at checkout. Always review those terms before purchasing, and keep your order confirmation for reference.
